RETURN / EXCHANGE
We point out that the customer must pay the cost himself on the return of goods.
Items that are sent on collection will not be picked up.
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
Equitem reserves the right to accept or reject refunds where the product is not in a salable condition. Equitem reserves the right to deduct a fee of NOK 60 for damaged or dirty product packaging.
The product must be packed properly in a box or a refund envelope. The packaging of the original product must be in the return package in its original condition.
There will be a right of withdrawal / return form with the item.
Refunds for the products will be paid to the customer when the returned order is physically received at our warehouse.

All prices at Equitem include VAT in Norwegian kroner.
We reserve the right to change prices as a result of price changes from our supplier.
We also reserve the right to make errors in the price due to errors on the page.

The goods are delivered with TNT
Orders are usually delivered within 1-7 days. Delivery takes place directly to the address you have specified when ordering.
When you receive your order, it is important to check the goods for damage or other accidents. Should the item be damaged or damaged, you can contact us via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
You can complain about a faulty or damaged item within 14 days.
Conditions for the goods to be exchangeable are that they are unused, the original packaging is undamaged and the invoice / return note is filled in. If the return concerns a complaint, the item must be cleaned and washed. These rules apply without exception.
